Advanced Postural Energetics was created by the late Hugh Gilbert and his wife Jane Wardlaw. Jane has continued to develop Postural Energetics after Hugh's passing. This will take your understanding of Connective tissue to a whole new level and you will be-able to really release your own connective tissue where ever you are.

In postural energetics the assisted postural releases are completed fully standing. When there is less of you touching and being stabilised by the floor/ treatment couch the more your body will release what is holding it back and sustain itself. This is a beautiful dance between your soul and the connective tissue. It is truly one of the most beautiful, calm, serene and least traumatic ways I have seen connective tissue release.

Pre-requisites for Advance Postural Energetics- KCR foundation course

To book your Advanced Postural Energetics course you will need to register at the KCR Academy . This allows you to have your details registered at the KCR Academy as this is who issues your KCR certification. By law I cannot register you on the Academy database, you MUST do this yourself. Once you register on the KCR Academy database you can then head over to the booking page to secure your training date.

When booking your training course you will be charged a 25% non refundable booking fee (this will come off the course total cost). The remainder of the course cost is due a minimum of 2 weeks before the course start date.
