Confidentiality

No details of you treatments will be passed onto any 3rd parties. The only time confidentiality would be broken is if there is a concern over your health and safety or suspect of harm/ abuse. Bookings/ Cancellation Policy for treatments and classes 1st Feb 2023

As full payment has been made at time of booking the Bookings and Cancellation policy has been updated. This is to ensure both clients and the business are served in the best possible way.  If I can fill a rescheduled or late cancellation appointment slot then the cancellation fee will be waived.

If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice from your appointment time then you will be offered a refund or to reschedule your appointment. (If using a voucher then you will be offered to reschedule only.)

48+ hours notice = no cancellation fee.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours from your appointment time then you will have lost 50% of your appointment fee, the remaining 50% can be refunded or applied to your next appointment.  ( If using a voucher you will have lost your voucher and cannot be used for a later date).

24-48 hours notice= 50% cancellation fee

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment then full payment is required and no refund will be given.  (Vouchers will be lost and cannot be used for another date.)

<24 hours notice= 100% cancellation fee.

This policy also applies to Meditation group and Shibashi blocks.

Please note all first appointments will be sent a link to my online consultation form which must be completed and returned a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. If it is not returned then this will be taken as a cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours notice given.

I from time to time resend the form to those who have already completed the form to ensure I have the most up to date information regarding your health. This must also be returned a minimum of 24 hours before an appointment with the same rules as above.  The Booking and Cancellations policy is also on the Consultation form and you need to accept this before submitting the form.

Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct on the booking system as these are used to send out your consultation documentation.

Booking and Cancellations Policy for training courses (Certificated courses)

A non refundable booking fee of 25% of the total course cost will be taken at the time of booking your training course. Full payment of courses must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your course starting. An invoice will be sent to the email provided at time of booking which shows the remainder of course costs and how to pay.

If it turns out that you are unable to attend your chosen course, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternate course date for you. If it is greater than 7 days before the course start date we will transfer you to the next available course. If it is within 7 days of the course start date you will forfeit all fees. Exceptions to this may be made case-by-case only at our discretion.

If an attendee displays symptoms of a contagious illness (e.g. COVID-19) we request that you inform us as soon as possible with a valid physician’s excuse; we will transfer you to the next available course (one-time only).

Should it become necessary for KCR Academy Ltd. to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all fees that have been paid to us for that course. Otherwise, please note that deposits are non-refundable in all instances. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses (e.g. travel/accommodation costs) resulting from a course cancellation.

Receipts

Receipts are available on request. They can emailed to you on request especially if a receipt is needed for your health insurer.

(You need to speak with your health care insurer to see if they accept the treatment on offer and see if they need any extra details added to the receipt. I cannot and do not guarantee your insurance provider will cover the cost of treatment. This is for them to decide and for you to find out before making an appointment. Please note If your insurer will cover your cost then you pay upfront and they imburse you when you submit the receipt.)

Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased on request for any treatment offered by myself, for cash value and for block bookings.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for a different service/ treatment or for cash.

The person named on the voucher must use the voucher and it cannot be used by someone else. This means the vouchers are not transferable to another person.

You must use your voucher at checkout as it is the only way to redeem your voucher.

If using a voucher and you need to cancel your appointment please note the booking/ cancellation policy above. (If more than 48 hours notice is given then I will reschedule your appointment for you, if less than 48 hours notice is given then you will have lost your voucher unless I am able to fill the cancelled appointment time and then I would get in touch to let you know and reset your voucher.)

Block Bookings

Block bookings of 3 appointments must be used within 6 months of purchase. These cannot be shared with other people and only the person named on the first appointment can use the other sessions purchased in the block booking deal. If someone else is booked under the block booking for the second or third appointment then their appointment will be cancelled and that booking will be forfeited by the purchaser.

Children

Children must not be left unattended within Realign and Revive.

If your child has an appointment with myself I ask that you stay in the room during the session.

Please do not bring your children with you to your appointment as this will cause a distraction and treatment will not go ahead.

If your child has been booked into a class with myself then you will be expected to stay and fully participate.

Any adult/ child classes will have a set ratio of adults to children. This is you plus a maximum of 2 children in your care. If you are planning on bringing more than 2 children with you then you will need to book further adults tickets to accomodate the amount of children attending.
