Ear candling is a relaxing treatment that can help balance the pressure of the inner ear as well as help remove excess wax. Many people enjoy ear candling for seasonal allergies and colds. After your candling you will have a deeply relaxing Indian head massage. Indian head massage is a shoulder, neck, head and face massage. Recommendations for best results: A follow up 1-2 weeks after initial appointment. Maintenance 4-6 weeks apart. Fantastic for seasonal allergies and colds.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellations Policy This policy is to ensure both clients and the business are served in the best possible way. If I can fill a rescheduled or late cancellation appointment slot then the cancellation fee will be waived. If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice from your appointment time then you will be offered a refund or to reschedule your appointment. (If using a voucher then you will be offered to reschedule only.) 48+ hours notice = no cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours from your appointment time then you will have lost 50% of your appointment fee, the remaining 50% can be refunded or applied to your next appointment. ( If using a voucher you will have lost your voucher and it cannot be used for a later date. Julie can use her judgement and discretion where she see's fit under exceptional circumstances). 24-48 hours notice= 50% cancellation fee If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment then full payment is required and no refund will be given. (Vouchers will be lost and cannot be used for another date.) <24 hours notice= 100% cancellation fee. Please note all first appointments must complete the online consultation form which must be returned a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment. If it is not returned then this will be taken as a cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours notice given. Please ensure your contact details are correct on the booking system as these are used to send out your appointment information.
