Reiki means (Rei) universal life, (Ki) energy.
It is a beautiful non invasive therapy which aims to improve your own natural energy's ability to flow within your body allowing it to heal from within. If there are any energy blocks within the body the Reiki practitioner will help remove those blockages with the help of the energy in the room, allowing your own energy return to its natural flow.

Reiki training must follow in the correct order. You cannot miss out and of the courses as you learn from each one in a distinct and progressive way. At each level of training different techniques and tools are added to help you learn in the best way possible.
Reiki 1st degree- Self healing (working with friends, family pets.)
Reiki 2nd degree- practitioner level (you can use your skills and training as a Reiki therapist.)
Reiki 3rd degree- Master teacher level (where you are attuned to the mater symbols and can teach others.)
Reiki 1st degree
This course is the starting point for any Reiki journey whether you want to become a full practitioner or whether you want to use it for yourself and family so you feel calmer, have reduced anxiety and just feel more you.
Reiki first degree or Reiki 1 is a beautiful course where you learn how to tune into energy and how to adjust it allowing it to flow better, you also learn how to clear stagnant or negative energy from a room allowing an environment to feel calmer and more harmonious.
You will be taught how to self Reiki and will have the ability to give Reiki to friends and family (yes even the dog if they let you).
At the end of this training you will be attuned to Reiki 1 and hold a host of new found skills and developed others that were already within you. You will be presented with a certificate and a manual for reference to show you are competent and able to provide Reiki for yourself, friends and family. (This certificate is needed for any further Reiki training.)
Reiki 2nd Degree (Practitioner level)
This is the practitioner level in Reiki training. With this certification you will be attuned to some of the Reiki symbols which are useful in delving deeper into working with sacred energy. Each of the symbols given to you within Reiki 2 have a specific function and help strengthen mental and emotional healing.
You will learn more about who will, will not benefit from Reiki and how to help many others with this beautiful innate ability you have brought to the surface of your life.
You will be able to gain insurance and use your Reiki skills as a business after this training.
At the end of the course you will have an understanding of 3 Reiki symbols and their meaning, know how to draw and invoke them and use them for their higher purpose. You will have your practitioner level certificate and your manual for you to refer back to.
Reiki 3rd Degree (Master level)
Reiki mastery is where you get the master symbols and are attuned to teach others. This is a beautifully gentle but intense course where a few of your old unresolved issues and traumas may surface for you to clear. (This does not happen to everyone but it can happen so is worth being aware of.)
When being taught the master symbol and refreshing your knowledge and attunment of the other symbols gifted to you during your Reiki 2 you will delve even deeper into the world of energy and cosmic/ natural healing. Having the master symbol will boost your Reiki energy ten fold and take it to a new level even if you do now wish to teach it to others (but I mean come on, why wouldn't you want to share this beautiful art form with others).
At the close of your course you will receive your 3rd degree Reiki manual and your certificate which will help you gain insurance to teach Reiki.

I am always happy to consider different dates.) Classes are always kept small (maximum 6 students) to ensure everyone gets what they need from the course. I regularly host 1-2-1 reiki training dates.

When booking your training course you will be charged a 25% non refundable booking fee (this will come off the course total cost). The remainder of the course cost is due a minimum of 2 weeks before the course start date.
