EFT is Emotional freedom technique. This can be used for many different things such as stress, anxiety, fear or even pain to name a few things. We discuss how you are feeling and decide what you would like to work on. From here we create a phrase linked directly to how you feel about the subject and then go through a sequence of areas to tap on to help release these feelings. The areas are all meridian points from Traditional Chinese Medicine. The sequence is repeated a few times and then gets reassessed.  Once the feeling have reduced then the issue has reduced. 

Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation is a one to one meditation session to teach you the art of meditation and what meditation is not. I will take you through a meditation to help you to relax and unwind. 

NLP and Coaching

NLP is a model of communication which concerns itself with the relationship between successful patterns of behaviour and our subjective experiences. It is a fantastic personal development tool which can help you take your life and business to the next level.

Sleep consultancy

Sleep consultancy is exactly how it sounds. With this we discuss your sleep patterns, bed time routine, mental wellbeing etc in order to help you to foster a better sleep pattern. With this we talk in depth and you even complete a workbook/ sleep journal to see if there is anything else that could be impacting upon your sleep. I help you to develop a healthier sleep pattern as well as giving tips on how to relax your mind and body to help create a better sleep cycle.  

Stress management

My stress management programme utilises many skills from the information above to help you understand where your stresses come from and how to effectively deal with them. It also utilises Aromatherapy and Aromatherapy massage.

The programme consists of a face to face appointment every 2 weeks alternating between Aromatherapy massage and talking. There are also weekly message check-ins to see how you are doing. The use of scent through Aromatherapy is a huge benefit as scent can be used as an anchor to transport us to a different place emotionally. (The scent of an old perfume or aftershave can instantly transport your thought and emotions back in time or to a person as the olfactory system is so deeply connected to our emotions.) The programme is 4 months long to ensure you have lots of stress busting skills and techniques.
