Come and learn the Gold Standard bodywork protocol KCR (Kinetic Chain Release). KCR is an amazing protocol that changes lives daily. Kinetic Chain Release is a simple yet extremely effective system of medically and scientifically recognised and approved series of gentle mobilisations and stretches developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert. The beauty of this 23 step protocol is that you do not need any previous body work experience or training. It is taught in a way that makes sense and is easy to follow and replicate. So if you are looking for a way into bodywork and therapies or even a new career then look no further. If you already provide therapies and treatments or are a personal trainer, yoga instructor etc then this would be an amazing thing to add to your services. You will be aware of and possibly see misalignments in your current clients or see them struggling with a posture/ movement. KCR does and will help with that. There are no formal entry requirement (Except from you needing to be 16 years +) That's right, just about everyone can benefit from and take this course. The course is an intensive 2 day course where you will be taught theory as well as having lots of continuous supported hands on learning. If you have any health conditions or are pregnant all we ask is you let me know so I can put some extra preparations in place. On successful completion of the course you will gain your Certificate of completion, which will allow you to gain insurance and start treating others straight away. You will also need to head on over to the KCR Academy and register yourself on the course there. Your certificate come directly from the KCR Academy so they need you to put your information on the database (Its a GDPR thing.) Cancellation Policy

Policy 1st Feb 2023 onwards As full payment has been made at time of booking the Booking and Cancellations policy has been updated. This is to ensure both clients and the business are served in the best possible way. If I can fill a rescheduled or late cancellation appointment slot then the cancellation fee will be waived. If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice from your appointment time then you will be offered a refund or to reschedule your appointment. (If using a voucher then you will be offered to reschedule only.) 48+ hours notice = no cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours from your appointment time then you will have lost 50% of your appointment fee, the remaining 50% can be refunded or applied to your next appointment. ( If using a voucher you will have lost your voucher and it cannot be used for a later date. Julie can use her judgement and discretion where she see's fit under exceptional circumstances). 24-48 hours notice= 50% cancellation fee If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment then full payment is required and no refund will be given. (Vouchers will be lost and cannot be used for another date.) <24 hours notice= 100% cancellation fee. This policy also applies to both Meditation group and Shibashi blocks. Please note all first appointments will be sent a link to my online consultation form which must be completed and returned a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. If it is not returned then this will be taken as a cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours notice given. I from time to time resend the form to those who have already completed the form to ensure I have the most up to date information regarding your health. This must also be returned a minimum of 24 hours before an appointment with the same rules as above. The Booking and Cancellations policy is also on the Consultation form and you need to accept this before submitting the form. Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct on the booking system as these are used to send out your consultation documentation. Booking and Cancellations Policy for training courses (Certificated courses) ​ A non refundable booking fee of 25% of the total course cost will be taken at the time of booking your training course. Full payment of courses must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your course starting. An invoice will be sent to the email provided at time of booking which shows the remainder of course costs and how to pay. If it turns out that you are unable to attend your chosen course, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternate course date for you. If it is greater than 7 days before the course start date we will transfer you to the next available course. If it is within 7 days of the course start date you will forfeit all fees. Exceptions to this may be made case-by-case only at our discretion. If an attendee displays symptoms of a contagious illness (e.g. COVID-19) we request that you inform us as soon as possible with a valid physician’s excuse; we will transfer you to the next available course (one-time only). Should it become necessary for KCR Academy Ltd. to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all fees that have been paid to us for that course. Otherwise, please note that deposits are non-refundable in all instances. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses (e.g. travel/accommodation costs) resulting from a course cancellation.
